Profile Information
Profile:Hotaka Domen has a dark history that runs in his bloodline from his ancestors long ago. At the age of sixteen the demon bound in their soul awakens and starts to consume the very host, trying to take over their very life. To aid in the capturing of souls and artifacts. To strengthen the power of the demons so they may end humanity. Yet, Hotaka does not want to be part of this and fights for his very life to keep some control over the demon 'Alastor', hoping one day to find away to break the contract or put the demon bound to him under his command. Yet if that day will come is unknown and for now, Hotaka must battle with his inner demon and pray that he has the strength within to not be consumed completely.

Personality
Alastor may come up from time to time in roleplay, letting himself slip into control to state his own opinion over something. Though these moments are rare and have to fall into the right circumstances to get his attention. For the most part, Alastor will mimic Hotaka or at least, make Hotaka seem either more like a jerk then normal or some one who is very confident in themselves.
That is because Alastor himself is a very confident demon. Though he may act laid back and aloof, the truth is he is very active and tends to be observing everything that happens around Hotaka, including someone who may be just right for the taking; though he can make bad call choices. No one is perfect after all.
Alastor is also very confident in his combat abilities and magical summons. This is something he transfers over to Hotaka while in the young boy fights. In some ways, he guides Hotaka's strikes and is the one who really does the magic casting for Hotaka. He wants Hotaka to be stronger, he wants the boy to, maybe, even fight back. Fight back for his soul and is curious to see how far Hotaka may go if he did fight back.
Beyond combat, Alastor finds humanity a very interesting species. He does call them hairless monkies, because that is what a good deal of the people remind him of and yet those rare few catch Alastor's attention. A rare few stand out from the crowd and cause the demon to raise a brow toward. Many of these he love for them to go after, but unsure of Hotaka is read for such a challenge. After all though it be Hotaka who die first, Alastor rather not loose his human 'host' just yet. There was so much he could still learn and it was so much easier to do through Hotaka. In truth, Alastor really admires Hotaka's bravery, courage, strength and though situations are bad, the young kid finding ways to hold onto hope and press on.
Because of this, Hotaka sometimes causes back mild flash backs of times that Alastor doesn't recall. Pieces and parts of a greater puzzle that had been stripped away from him. A mystery that though he should leave unanswered, he wants answers too. Emotions that have sometimes been forgotten and once long forgotten memories that had been drowned away in darkness. Leaving so many questions in Alastor's own mind by each day that goes by when these things that spark up.
Its just now a matter of if he can stir Hotaka in the direction to achieve those answers or not and that is where he is unsure of. At least without harming the young boy, because Alastor knows, if he pushes to hard, if he allows Hotaka to pull to much from the power of darkness, the young boy could loose himself in it and all answers could be lost.
Other Stuff
Good vs Evil
Hotaka Domen is in constant battle with the line that could drag him over to full evil and right into the clutches of perhaps where he should be; Or where Alastor should be dragging him into. This is a battle not only for his own morality, but also for his very soul with the Demon. Yet, Alastor is the same way. The demon himself has his own virtues, as his own dreams are haunted by distant memories of things that don't add up.
It is by RP interaction, socializing, and even in combat that can move the very scale. As such, it is up to you as the players to decide the fate of Hotaka Domen. Will he be lost to the corruption or will he be pulled out in time? This is a long process though, so have patience. As all rewards (be they good or bad) come in time.

Hotaka Domen is a two sided coin character. This means he is able to do socials of many types and he is able to even do villainy. As a person he is willing to be about anywhere as he has a wide spread of interest. Though his biggest interest is in literature, social structure, and just giving a helping hand to someone in need. He is not big however in sports and will tend to shun away from this (if he can get away with it). He also tends to be a little bit shy at first and will try to get away from large crowd gathers. Though he can be forced to stay rather easily (ie - guilt conscious).
As a villain role, he will get into about anything. Alastor (Hotaka's demon) is a servant to his master and to the Dark Fall. If something is need to be achieved, gathered, or just messed around with. He will go out and do it. If you need a backup bad-guy or a distraction, Hotaka is also good for this.
So really, if there is any form of RP you like to experience with Hotaka Domen. Be it social, friendly, cruel, or what have you. The character is very open for things (and as I as his player), and the whole drive of this character is the Good/Evil bar that no one can see beyond me. ;) Yes. He can become a good guy, but its going to take a ton of work (and maybe one day I may change my mind and make the good/evil bar visible for all to see).
