Ami Mizuno: The Genius of Juuban. A study session ended with Kasagami on the floor after a crippling flareup of nerve pain. The girl selflessly helped her, commanded the situation with the kind of leadership and calm that makes a leader or a proper doctor. Such kindness and talent has Kasagami's respect. How easy it is to make her blush and her loyalty to her friends is icing on the cake. Good conversationalist, on the list of 'Talent to Scalp' for Ohtori.
Eri Shimanouchi: Kasagami's favorite Puella Magi, and leader of the Shepherds. Knows she doesn't fit in with the group. Shows loyalty anyway, which has only hardened her resolve to help them despite her own sense of justice along with concern for Setsuna. Often pushes back at her arrogance, yet knows her place at Ohtori. Quick to fight. Family, as fellow Shepherds, but too close to her own secrets. She worries it will split them apart one day.
Garnet: Stoic, straightforward, and an utter brickhouse of a person. Kasagami liked her instantly, and wants nothing more than to test her blade against the rock that is Garnet. Also can apparently transform. Kasagami finds that both fascinating and completely creepy.
Nanoha Takamachi: Cute as a button, the Midori-ya's daughter is the kind of innocent cheer that Kasagami wants to see more of, and shape a perfect world for. Apparently a magical girl. Also touched Pluto, and a new Chevalier. Currently in Kasagami's crosshairs of unreasonable fear and love fueled anger.
Madoka Kaname: Everything Kasagami hates in one pink haired package. The fear and terror she shows in tense situations, magical or mundane, revolts her. How she keeps managing to extract guilt for her past actions and present ones so easily, infuriating. What the Chevaliers see in her, she doesn't know, but the mere thought of Madoka enrages.
Mami Tomoe: The Golden Queen of Shibuya, leader of the Chevaliers. An enemy to be sure, and Kasagami despises how she puts magic over the pride of Ohtori. More and more Kasagami wants to see her expelled. Yet, not all is blackness. Kasagami considers her a worthy opponent in magical conflict. Mami's hatred of her makes her a useful enemy to have, fuel to Kasagami's inner fire to reach for World Revolution.
Mikoto Minagi: Fierce warrior cat. Oddly laid back outside of battle, furious inside of it. Kasagami aches to fight with her fellow Shepherd, only drawn in by the heat of Mikoto's wrath and her massive sword. Rejected her offer of a fight. Still annoyed. Wants to get to know the girl better, and maybe teach her a thing or two.
Usagi Tsukino: A blonde, clumsy, talent-less loaf of a girl in Kasagami's eyes that somehow manages to be a thorn in her side consistently. Yet she draws more frustration than hatred, mostly due to Pluto's steadfast loyalty to the girl even over her love. Yet, she's intrigued. What about this girl is so special? To be protected, if only for Setsuna's sake. As Sailor Moon, recent interactions have earned Kasagami's respect...even if her hope for the current world is baffling and secretly terrifying. Still a hope youma.
Saito Araki: Her Uncle, and legal guardian. Their relationship is best described as politely neutral at best, familial obligations at worst. Rarely seen by Kasagami due to his busy work schedule.
Sayaka Miki: Co leader of the Chevaliers. Completely infuriates Kasagami at times, while tickling her to her core. She doesn't back down. A worthy rival in Kasagami's eyes, as precious an enemy in her hatred as Mami if not moreso. Yet her recent turn to reckless advances and berserkerdom is an odd change. Worrying, slowly losing the sheen of knighthood in Kassie's gaze. A reckoning will come.
Setsuna Meioh: Wise, strong, quiet and with an eternal sadness that eats at Kasagami's sense of justice. As a Shepherd she's a valued ally, and as a person, has gained a place in Kasagami's heart as a lover and friend. But with the weight of their secrets eating at them, and conflict over Kozue, she's become the gaping void in her heart. A thousand Dead Screams can't equal the pain she feels over the distance, emotionally and physically.
Shizuru Fujino: The opposite of Kasagami in more or less all ways. Offers cold, wise advice that rings of truth. Her heart rejects it, her head finds sense in it. She respects Shizuru for her position, even if she hates the stoic ways of the girl and perfect calm. An enemy to be sure, and yet a mentor in some ways. Stomped on her dreams and humiliated her emotionally. Despite overcoming her in their Duel, the sting is harsh. Vengeance is high on her mind.
Sucy Manbavaran: An actual, honest-to-goodness potion using Witch of the cute variety! The quiet young woman's delinquency first drew Kasagami's ire. An encounter alongside Pluto would show the girl's magical talents, and time at Infinity's library sparked a deal made in perhaps better faith than expected. Slowly, she's coming to like the girl, ice to her fire. She might even consider Sucy a friend.
Rinji: The Muse, demur and quiet musician, and yet so much more. Kasagami has found herself attracted to, and coming to love the mute singer for both her passion and ability to cheer on others, as well as the kindness and ability to push her ever harder when she's down. More playful than is obvious, and that only melts Kassie's heart. Rinji saved Kasagami from despair when Setsuna and her fought. The bonds between the three grow deeper, and Kasagami's nightmares slowly drift from her past, to a terrible future reflecting her old tragedy.
Utena Tenjou: Friend and enemy at once. Kasagami's intense feelings for the pink haired Engaged are conflicted in the extreme. Admiring her desire as a prince, she can't understand why she cares so for the Rose Bride or being 'normal'. After Utena's draining by the Wolkenritter, the wounds physical and mental on Utena forced Kasagami to challenge for the right to Duel her out of concern...and greed for the power that Utena has held. After being pushed away with her concerns, there's something else in Kasagami's eyes: disappointment in the one she thought might be her Prince.
Yumi Ohzora: Kasagami's nerdy best friend, and brilliant Witch. Despite her poor health and bookish ways, doesn't take Kasagami's guff. Which makes her in turn guff harder at Ivy to get a reaction, and round and round it goes. Frequent target of flirting, just to get her to blush. Is going to find this girl a date if it kills someone. Probably Yumi herself.
