2013-09-25 - An Evening Of Art And Curiosity
Aimi sat on her bed, looking at her sketchbook and at the picture she had been sketching out earlier that day. It was of a single person, Madobe Kuroi, though the hair was a bit nicer and she didn't look tired. Though Aimi still felt that the picture was missing something.
"Ooohhh... what is it? What am I just not getting here?" She said to herself, getting a bit frustrated that her muse was being normal. The fact that her muse had practically decided that she was to draw Madobe, even after having only met her the day before, was enough to make Aimi even more curious about the girl. What she learned that day though did make her a bit sad.
Aimi sighed and fell back onto her bed, staring up at the ceiling. It was times like this that she wished that she could talk with her friends about it, but given the time of night, it wouldn't exactly be appropriate to call them up.
"Friends..." Aimi said softly, shifting a bit in her bed so that she could draw in the sketchbook once more. She let herself just draw idly while she thought about things. Her own friends, Madobe and if she had any real friends, and why she felt so compelled to be Madobe's friend as well. There was just something so familiar about her, even from the first time they met.
Aimi looked at her picture again after a while, the sketch of Madobe now being joined by herself and Sakura Akagi. It wasn't perfect, but Aimi felt better and content with what she had drawn. Maybe she'll show it to Madobe tomorrow. Hopefully it'll help Madobe open up more and she can learn more about her.
