Juuban's student councils are composed of its class representatives (these are the people elected by each class to call "rise! bow!" at the start and end of a given lecture, plus other, less anime-featured paperwork responsibilities, plus a President, Vice-President, Treasurer and Secretary for each of the elementary, middle, and high school sections. These elections are ICly real (if not OOCly that simple), and tend to feature a great deal of spirited campaigning by students who care, and studious indifference by those who do not. The High, Middle and Elementary School student councils are all entirely separate in scope (not surprising, given that Juuban has separate Elementary, Middle and High School campuses, albeit all in the same neighborhood), but they often work together for Sister Schools events.
