Tasked with looking after the adorable baby fairy Chiffon, Tarte also serves as advisor and general friend to the Fresh! Pretty Cure, living with Love Momozono and Setsuna Higashi at their house in the cunning disguise of an ordinary ferret. Notable for his kind nature and thick accent, he is hardworking and knows everything that needs to be known about caring for Chiffon in general. He even has a job!
