'''Luna''' is stupendous in every respect!

Luna, an advisor in the court of Queen Serenity during the Silver Millenium was reborn in this era as herself with a mission to awaken the Sailor Senshi and find the Moon Princess. While in the midst of her mission to locate them, she fell prey to bullies who covered up her moon mark on her forehead which suppressed her intelligence. Fortunately, a girl who was passing by was destined to meet her and saved her; peeling off the mark on her forehead. Unfortunately for her, her savior who became her first charge was Usagi Tsukino, clumsy, irresponsible crybaby who became the one, the only Sailor Moon. Fortunately she soon found far more competent and impressive Sailor Senshi than Moon to awaken in Mercury, Mars, and Jupiter - before being joined by Sailor Venus(and Artemis!), who claimed to be the Moon Princess. Unfortunately, Usagi Tsukino turned out to be the actual Moon Princess.

On some level Luna has never gotten over that. While Usagi has proven herself time and time again, even saving the world from Metallia, the being that caused the fall of the Silver Millenium; she still wishes that her Princess was closer to her ideal image of what someone with her responsibilities ought to be. Still she's tried admirably to rise to the occasion and continue not so gently nudging Usagi towards acting more mature.

Also she and her compatriot Artemis, the Advisor to Sailor Venus, run a secret underground base under the Game Center Crown. She's definitely not still irked at him for keeping her in the dark about his schemes for so long.
