'''Citadel''' is an ancient Belkan magical creation, more formally known as the Guardian of Ten-Thousand Points. Once, he was manipulated into sealing Tokyo Tower behind a barrier (and sought by a strange master, revealed to be Jail Scaglietti), with the intention of teleporting it to Ancient Belka. Citadel was defeated by Ren Aizawa, Endo Naoki, and Lera Camry. He reduced to a small, puppy-like form. Now, he lives in Lera's apartment and gets belly scritches.

He knew the Wolkenritter in centuries past.
