This is a really cheap recipe I enjoy making when I feel down. It eats well, leftovers keep well for reheating later. You can substitute a homemade chilli for the canned chili of course, just use about the same amount. This makes a LOT so it's good it keeps well! (Or we give leftovers to the neighbors!)

====Ingredients====
* 1 Pound of Elbow Noodles.
* 1.5 pounds of Ground Beef
* Two Cans of Chilli. (I use Wolf Brand Home-style with Green Chile and Onions)
* One Good Sized Onion, diced into medium and small cubes.
* 5 sticks of Celery Chopped into smallish Pieces.
* Salt and Pepper to taste.
* A Good Sized Skillet or Wok. (I use a Wok!)
* A Saucepan to boil the noodles.

====Instructions====
Heat up your pan until it's hot enough to cook beef. Put the Ground Beef in the wok. Let it sizzle, break up the Beef like you would do for tacos. When it's halfway cooked, throw in your vegetables, the Onion and Celery, let it cook until the meat is well done/no longer pink. (The Vegetables SHOULD still have firmness to them. We want them cooked, but not cooked down.) When It's done, put your two cans of Chilli into the beef and mix it up. You should have a very beefy chili sauce now. You can use three cans if you like a more liquid sauce.

If you want more vegetables, that's fine too. I usually use 1 and a half onions and more celery because I like the taste and snap of them in this recipe. I also like bigger chunks. You can also use different vegetables! Try Green Pepper!

Boil your noodles according to package directions---to me, that's when the tips stop being a white and noodles have a bite to them. Don't let them boil so long they break apart into strips. Overcooked noodles aren't great for this recipe! We want the noodles to catch all that delicious chili, after all!

All right, back in the 1800s, Clow Reed was doing his thing, unsealing the magical worlds. Well, not everything that came back was a good thing. No one knows who the House really is, or if it’s a who, or a they, or an it. But the House came into the world. Specifically, the American West.

The House presented a choice to several of the great cowboys and cowgirls of the West: play in the game known as the Dead Man’s Hand and win a chance of gaining a wish...or of utter destruction. Follow your ambitions or accept a life of mediocrity.

Naturally, many of them accepted. They fought each other, becoming more than men and women - becoming legends. They fought the monsters unleashed by the House, though history does not record those battles. And some of them became monsters, servants of the House.

Now, their souls are reincarnating, their power reappearing in Japan. Because, you know, it's one of the biggest magical nexuses.

Well, let’s drop some literary themes here! I mean, they’re not much, But basically: this is about being a cowgirl. (Or cowboy.) And that means rugged individualism. For good or ill, the Marked Cards aim to be themselves as hard as possible. If they have limits placed on them, they chafe. If they are forced into a mold, they break it. Ultimately, the theme of Marked Cards is finding who you want to be and what you want to do, and then going for it as hard as you possibly can.

|Norie Okana is a mysterious cold and apparently serious minded young transfer student who claims to be a girl of noble blood from some far away country that moved to japan recently to enroll in the prestigious Ohtori Academy. Only half of that statement is true. In actuallity, Norie Okana is a Witch Princess of Nilasein- A dark and dreadful realm where death and decay reign. She is one of the younger daughters of the dark Nilasein King, Yordor, sent to Earth to pursue the seeds of Lulafein lost there for the kingdom's own sinister, spiteful purpose against thier long times enemies, the Kingdom of Lulafein. Still a student of her dark magic disciplines, she was sent to Earth with a sentient broom companion named 'Broom-Sensei' to further teach her the dark arts, and a semi-sentient black cat named 'Hexi' to help provide various additional supplies and tools required in her quest. She is aware of the other from Lulafein also seeking the seeds, and she won't allowed to be showed up by someone she sees as a 'rookie with minimal training and study!'

== Backstory ==

Once upon a time there was a little girl, born in a dark kingdom world of Decay and Fear, named 'Nilasein'- where nothing is truly alive. She was born from the intermixing darkness between her father, The Dark Lich King Yordor and her mother, the Witch Queen Sandra. She was named 'Noire', meaning 'A Night Song' in Nilasein.

She was raised to be a 'Witch Princess', and perhaps someday take the throne as the new Witch Queen when her parents had believed it was time to send themselves off and dissipate into the dread and decay of their world. So days were spent studying, and learning in a strict, earnest and sometimes mean manner. It is not that her parents didn't love her, but rather, wanted her to succeed. And so, she merely learned, with the help of a magical, talking broom with a stern demeanor, 'Broom-Sensei'- one of the many denizens of castle Nilasein, and her primary teacher.

Norie mostly took her studies seriously. Spell, after spell, words after words. But a young girl can only take so much.

It's when a situation happened, that the balance of a world, Earth could be tipped. A neighboring world, and opposite of Nilasein- Lulafein, a kingdom of light and life- lost important artifacts-- seeds of life. It caused a small uproar and increased tensions--- balance worlds where to be left alone.

Rather than send a wave of mindless creatures, or one of the trained powerful necromancer knights of her world- Norie's parents believed it was time to take her test, that is-- a Quest- the same kind of quest that her mother, and her mothers mother and so on, had taken. If she succeed in capturing and corrupting the seeds, she would be proclaimed 'Dark Lady' and secure her right to the throne with the title. If she failed, she would merely remain a princess with a loft, vague future- merely a figure head. This was not appealing to Norie, who valued and looked up to her Mother. She wants so much to be like her.

And thus, she was prepared. Broom-Sensei, the generational teacher of the royal family would accompany her as he had so many others. Along with her familiar cat, Hexi. Broom-Sensei knew how to turn useless matter in most valuable materials, as such would be needed to generally survive on a civilized world such as Earth, a spell he'd never teach Norie, lest she abuse it.

But this was unappealing. Earth was so... Blue. Full of life. Even though it had a balance of death and decay- she knew the price of this would be a constant onslaught of deadly sunlight and life energies which were foul to her, someone born on a world where nothing truly lives. Not enough to immediately kill her, but she'd need a place of rest and respite. So the King and Queen reached out their allies who they knew were operating on Earth, The Dark Kingdom. In turn for allow her to rest and recharge in their world, she would help in their affairs where necessary. This was agreeable to both parties, as it required a minimal expenditure of resources of both parties involved.

Arriving on Earth, she took the name of Norie Okana, and claimed to be from 'Somewhere in Europe', as well as claimed to be a royal of noble blood who was attending the prestigious Ohtori Academy within the fourth grade class. She had a choice of the schools- and she had chosen Ohtori for it's comfortable feel and private dorms with which she would be safe to continue to study her magic.

She began her search for the Lulafeinan in the strange world she'd been sent to.

Reiko is a student at Juuban Public School, known for her art and illustrations. She's patient and a good listener, and make a lot of friends who like to ramble on and on about various subjects and topics - just so she can attempt to illustrate the thoughts that would come to her as she listened. Many are surprised that she's the long-time friend of the overly enthused and loud Mei Akatsuki, the two starkly contrasting with one another. She had been a part of Mei's playgroup for a long time, joining in the merriment of pretending to be magical girls. She would expand the story as she helped create the wondrous make-believe world about colorful magical girls with her art and illustrations, putting Mei's visions to paper. She continued with this even when Mei was bullied about it and even when such oppression began to shine its light on her as well. Of course, not even her keen understanding and kind personality could foresee the make-believe stories and drawings becoming real practically overnight! Nor could they foresee herself taking on the mantle of Prism Keeper Orange to fight Griselda and the Monochrome Duo, and prevent them from draining the world of all color.

Reiko is a student at Juuban Public School, known for her art and illustrations. She's patient and a good listener, and make a lot of friends who like to ramble on and on about various subjects and topics - just so she can attempt to illustrate the thoughts that would come to her as she listened. Many are surprised that she's the long-time friend of the overly enthused and loud Mei Akatsuki, the two starkly contrasting with one another. She had been a part of Mei's playgroup for a long time, joining in the merriment of pretending to be magical girls. She would expand the story as she helped create the wondrous make-believe world about colorful magical girls with her art and illustrations, putting Mei's visions to paper. She continued with this even when Mei was bullied about it and even when such oppression began to shine its light on her as well. Of course, not even her keen understanding and kind personality could foresee the make-believe stories and drawings becoming real practically overnight! Nor could they foresee herself taking on the mantle of Prism Keeper Orange to fight Griselda and the Monochrome Duo, and prevent them from draining the world of all color.

|Norie Okana is a mysterious cold and apparently serious minded young transfer student who claims to be a girl of noble blood from some far away country that moved to japan recently to enroll in the prestigious Ohtori Academy. Only half of that statement is true. In actuallity, Norie Okana is a Witch Princess of Nilasein- A dark and dreadful realm where death and decay reign. She is one of the younger daughters of the dark Nilasein King, Yordor, sent to Earth to pursue the seeds of Lulafein lost there for the kingdom's own sinister, spiteful purpose against thier long times enemies, the Kingdom of Lulafein. Still a student of her dark magic disciplines, she was sent to Earth with a sentient broom companion named 'Broom-Sensei' to further teach her the dark arts, and a semi-sentient black cat named 'Hexi' to help provide various additional supplies and tools required in her quest. She is aware of the other from Lulafein also seeking the seeds, and she won't allowed to be showed up by someone she sees as a 'rookie with minimal training and study!'

== Backstory ==

Once upon a time there was a little girl, born in a dark kingdom world of Decay and Fear, named 'Nilasein'- where nothing is truly alive. She was born from the intermixing darkness between her father, The Dark Lich King Yordor and her mother, the Witch Queen Sandra. She was named 'Noire', meaning 'A Night Song' in Nilasein.

She was raised to be a 'Witch Princess', and perhaps someday take the throne as the new Witch Queen when her parents had believed it was time to send themselves off and dissipate into the dread and decay of their world. So days were spent studying, and learning in a strict, earnest and sometimes mean manner. It is not that her parents didn't love her, but rather, wanted her to succeed. And so, she merely learned, with the help of a magical, talking broom with a stern demeanor, 'Broom-Sensei'- one of the many denizens of castle Nilasein, and her primary teacher.

Norie mostly took her studies seriously. Spell, after spell, words after words. But a young girl can only take so much.

It's when a situation happened, that the balance of a world, Earth could be tipped. A neighboring world, and opposite of Nilasein- Lulafein, a kingdom of light and life- lost important artifacts-- seeds of life. It caused a small uproar and increased tensions--- balance worlds where to be left alone.

Rather than send a wave of mindless creatures, or one of the trained powerful necromancer knights of her world- Norie's parents believed it was time to take her test, that is-- a Quest- the same kind of quest that her mother, and her mothers mother and so on, had taken. If she succeed in capturing and corrupting the seeds, she would be proclaimed 'Dark Lady' and secure her right to the throne with the title. If she failed, she would merely remain a princess with a loft, vague future- merely a figure head. This was not appealing to Norie, who valued and looked up to her Mother. She wants so much to be like her.

And thus, she was prepared. Broom-Sensei, the generational teacher of the royal family would accompany her as he had so many others. Along with her familiar cat, Hexi. Broom-Sensei knew how to turn useless matter in most valuable materials, as such would be needed to generally survive on a civilized world such as Earth, a spell he'd never teach Norie, lest she abuse it.

But this was unappealing. Earth was so... Blue. Full of life. Even though it had a balance of death and decay- she knew the price of this would be a constant onslaught of deadly sunlight and life energies which were foul to her, someone born on a world where nothing truly lives. Not enough to immediately kill her, but she'd need a place of rest and respite. So the King and Queen reached out their allies who they knew were operating on Earth, The Dark Kingdom. In turn for allow her to rest and recharge in their world, she would help in their affairs where necessary. This was agreeable to both parties, as it required a minimal expenditure of resources of both parties involved.

Arriving on Earth, she took the name of Norie Okana, and claimed to be from 'Somewhere in Europe', as well as claimed to be a royal of noble blood who was attending the prestigious Ohtori Academy within the fourth grade class. She had a choice of the schools- and she had chosen Ohtori for it's comfortable feel and private dorms with which she would be safe to continue to study her magic.

She began her search for the Lulafeinan in the strange world she'd been sent to.
